Shipping Policy

Shipping within the United States

  • All orders placed on are shipped via USPS.

  • We ship within the United States, including Hawaii and Alaska, and US territories, excluding Guam and Puerto Rico.

  • We are pleased to offer USPS Priority Mail to APO/FPO addresses.

  • We do not ship to P.O. boxes.

  • We are unable to accept international billing addresses or P.O. box billing addresses at this time.

  • If you need to make changes or correct an error in your shipping address, please contact us at as soon as possible. Note that address changes may result in additional charges.


Free Shipping

  • Enjoy FREE standard ground shipping within the United States on orders with a subtotal of $70 or more.

  • For orders with a subtotal of $200 or more, we offer FREE two-day shipping.

  • Flat-rate shipping fees apply to orders below these subtotals.


Shipping Methods, Costs, and Times

  • Shipping times indicate transit time and do not include order processing time (typically 24-48 hours, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays and weekends).

  • Please allow additional transit time for APO/FPO addresses and deliveries to Hawaii, Alaska, and US territories.

Retail Delivery Fee in Colorado

  • Colorado orders are subject to a retail delivery fee of $0.27 due to updated sales tax laws and ordinances effective July 1, 2022.

  • Please note that this fee is nonrefundable if you make a return.


Order Cancellations & Modifications

  • To cancel an order, email us at as soon as possible. We will make every effort to accommodate your request.

  • We cannot cancel individual items from an order.

  • If your order is canceled, you will receive an email notice, and you will be refunded for canceled items.

  • To update your shipping address, email us at immediately.


Return Policy


Return Authorization

  • If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, email us at within 30 days of purchase for a return authorization and mailing information.

  • Lightly used items are eligible for a refund of the purchase amount, minus shipping.


Returning Products

  • Our warehouse does not accept returns; using the provided return authorization and the correct return address is crucial.

  • For your protection and prompt delivery, use FedEx, UPS, or USPS insured Parcel Post to return items.

  • Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable, and you are responsible for your own return shipping costs.

Refund Process

  • After we receive your return, please allow up to three business days for your refund to be processed.

  • You will receive a return confirmation email, and the refund, including sales tax, will be issued to your original payment method.

  • Returns for orders paid by gift cards will be processed to a new gift card sent to the original email.



  • Only items purchased on are eligible for return. If you purchased our product from an authorized retailer, please contact them for assistance.


Missing or Damaged Packages

  • If your package was damaged during transit, save the box and merchandise, and contact us at immediately.

  • If your package is missing, check your property for any hidden packages.

  • Notify us within three days of the scanned delivery date at if the package is not found. We will assist you in tracking the package.
