We ship within the United States, including Hawaii and Alaska, and US territories, excluding Guam and Puerto Rico.

We are pleased to offer USPS Priority Mail to APO/FPO addresses.

We do not ship to P.O. boxes.

We are unable to accept international billing addresses or P.O. box billing addresses at this time.

For orders with a subtotal of $200 or more, we offer FREE two-day shipping.

Retail Delivery Fee in Colorado

Colorado orders are subject to a retail delivery fee of $0.27 due to updated sales tax laws and ordinances effective July 1, 2022.

Please note that this fee is nonrefundable if you make a return.
Order Cancellations & Modifications

We cannot cancel individual items from an order.

Return Policy
Return Authorization

If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, email us at info@SaneScientistCosmetics.com within 30 days of purchase for a return authorization and mailing information.

Lightly used items are eligible for a refund of the purchase amount, minus shipping.

Our warehouse does not accept returns; using the provided return authorization and the correct return address is crucial.

For your protection and prompt delivery, use FedEx, UPS, or USPS insured Parcel Post to return items.

Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable, and you are responsible for your own return shipping costs.
Refund Process

After we receive your return, please allow up to three business days for your refund to be processed.

You will receive a return confirmation email, and the refund, including sales tax, will be issued to your original payment method.

Returns for orders paid by gift cards will be processed to a new gift card sent to the original email.

Missing or Damaged Packages

If your package was damaged during transit, save the box and merchandise, and contact us at info@SaneScientistCosmetics.com immediately.

If your package is missing, check your property for any hidden packages.

Notify us within three days of the scanned delivery date at info@SaneScientistCosmetics.com if the package is not found. We will assist you in tracking the package.
